CETAP is a strategic document developed by municipalities participating in the CETAC project to accelerate the local energy transition. Each plan translates emissions assessments and stakeholder engagement outcomes into practical, locally tailored actions—such as citizen advisory services, business support, education, and awareness campaigns. The CETAPs aim to strengthen municipal capacity, engage communities, and advance climate neutrality and energy efficiency, while providing a common framework for planning, monitoring, and cooperation across participating cities.

Units of Learning Outcomes (ULOs) are sets of knowledge, skills, and competences essential for establishing and operating Clean Energy Transition Assistance Centers (CETACs) in municipalities.
Within the project, ULOs form the basis of the training program for municipal staff, helping municipalities assess their preparedness, identify skill gaps, and plan tailored capacity-building activities.
The primary goal is to increase awareness of the project and its related issues, effectively convey key messages, and distribute project outcomes to the specified target audiences.
The Communication and Graphic Package establish a unified project identity, including a logo, colour and font guidelines, Word and PowerPoint templates, and a set of icons and visuals. It also features infographics and social media graphics adaptable to local languages.

As part of the CETAC project, a video was created to promote the operation of local CETAC in municipalities. The video shows how residents can benefit from free support in energy efficiency, home modernization and practical advice on saving energy and improving living comfort.
CETAC is a place where you can access:
– open informational meetings,
– individual energy efficiency consultations,
– assistance with applying for funding,
– consultations for entrepreneurs,
– training sessions and workshops for residents.
We encourage you to watch the video and help promote CETAC activities in your municipality!
